From the authentic and colorful small provincial village of Lorgues in the Var, to the futuristic city crafted in the middle of the Saudi desert, there is only one step. Chez Bruno decided to install its pots, pans, and family recipes, in the heart of this large modern city whose name means «garden». Between France and the Middle East, the truffle, a major staple of the establishment, offers a first-class trip to a land it has never trodden before. Pampered, spoiled, it will be offered once again, in exquisite variations.

For the surprise, depending on the inspiration, for you to enjoy a singular, privileged moment, we develop our menus at the last minute. A bit like a painting, each input requires special attention: the ingredients for the colors, the utensils for the brushes, not to mention our team of passionate artists, talented, rich of an overflowing imagination. In a cleverly orchestrated menu, we will propose a marriage between French provincial and Saudi cuisine. An unexpected encounter.

For more than 30 years, Chez Bruno has been presenting a unique menu with truffles as a common thread. Freshness of the products, respect for the seasons, love of the land and the good: we prepare dishes whose simplicity lets each flavor express itself. Chez Bruno invites you to a gustatory flight, to discover the «black diamond» in the city of Riyadh.
