The principle of the house

It has been a unique menu for more than 30 years, based on quality products, from suppliers we have selected over time and that we accommodate with truffles from different families, which also explains the differences in prices and of course, if the proposed menu is not suitable, there is always an alternative. Our cuisine is based on simplicity, leaving room for products to express themselves.
